How much does custom software cost?
Small tools start at 500 €. A calendar that replaces a paper diary sits at the start of that range; multi-user apps with roles and reports start at 1,500 €, and larger systems with integrations at 3,500 €. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Is it really cheaper than a subscription?
Often, yes. A tool at 40 € a month costs 1,440 € over three years and at the end you still own nothing. A small custom tool is paid once and is yours, with a yearly renewal agreed to the scope of the project.
Can you replace the software we already pay for?
Usually the useful part of it, yes. We look at which screens your team actually opens, rebuild those around your process and migrate your data. We do not rebuild a whole ERP on principle; if the subscription genuinely earns its price, we will tell you so.
Who owns the code?
You do. The price is one-time, the software and its code are yours, and everything runs on accounts opened in your name. If we ever part ways, the tool keeps working and any developer can take it over.
