Scheduling and calendars
Locations, teams, appointments and shifts on one screen everyone can see, instead of a paper diary only one person holds.
Calendars, records tools, client portals. Built around how you already work, paid once, and yours to keep.

Locations, teams, appointments and shifts on one screen everyone can see, instead of a paper diary only one person holds.
Hours, stock, orders and jobs recorded where reports can actually be pulled from, not scattered across three spreadsheets.
A logged-in area where your clients see quotes, orders and documents without emailing you for every update.
We rebuild the 20% of that monthly tool you actually use, without per-seat fees and without features you pay for and never open.
Installs like an app on phones and tablets (PWA), so the workshop, the venue and the office all see the same state.
One-time price and you own the software. First year of hosting and maintenance is included, then a yearly renewal scoped to the project.
We look at how the work runs today: the paper, the spreadsheets, the tool you pay for. No obligation.
We map the few screens that would actually remove the daily friction, and agree a fixed price before any code is written.
You see working versions early and correct us while changes are still cheap.
Your team starts using it, we adjust what real use reveals, and stay reachable afterwards.
Small tools start at 500 €. A calendar that replaces a paper diary sits at the start of that range; multi-user apps with roles and reports start at 1,500 €, and larger systems with integrations at 3,500 €. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Often, yes. A tool at 40 € a month costs 1,440 € over three years and at the end you still own nothing. A small custom tool is paid once and is yours, with a yearly renewal agreed to the scope of the project.
Usually the useful part of it, yes. We look at which screens your team actually opens, rebuild those around your process and migrate your data. We do not rebuild a whole ERP on principle; if the subscription genuinely earns its price, we will tell you so.
You do. The price is one-time, the software and its code are yours, and everything runs on accounts opened in your name. If we ever part ways, the tool keeps working and any developer can take it over.
