Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, after a health check. We need to see what is there before taking responsibility for keeping it running, and occasionally that check finds that a rebuild is cheaper than maintaining what exists.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring tells us before your customers do, and we start on it straight away. The alternative is finding out from a phone call, usually on a weekend.
Can I make my own content changes?
Yes, and we show you how at handover. Most clients still prefer to send us the change, which is included, rather than keep a login they use twice a year.
What does maintenance cost?
The first year of hosting and maintenance is included with every site we build, with annual renewal from year two. The current renewal figure is on the pricing page.
